Well, we didn't make it to Spain. Gerald is dealing with gall bladder attacks and as they've been increasing it's time to get it out, so we are winding our way through this different system and he should be on track to have the surgery within a few weeks. Not to worry - he's actually been doing fine for over a week now and we've got the diet piece figured out as best we can. Here's a picture of Gerald's Playhouse as he just set up his cute vintage Macbook to do his music sequencing. And we are definitely noticing the longer days now - the change is quite dramatic and welcome.
